Line Dancing is a fun, upbeat class where participants learn and perform choreographed dance steps in lines, all moving together to the rhythm of the music. Set to a mix of popular, country, and classic hits, this class improves coordination, balance, and cardiovascular fitness while keeping things lighthearted and social.
