Welcome to Meditation Monday! Perfect for combatting a "case of the Mondays." This room has plenty of space to bring a friend or loved one with you. Or you can hit the Church Health AA meeting nextdoor in the beforehand, but maybe steer clear of the coffee pre-sound bath. 🙂 anyway you wanna do it! Please bring your Sound Bath Bag, (your mat, pillow, blanket, and water bottle) but if forget or stop by last minute, I will have a few extras.
